Mt. Hood Huckleberry Festival & Barlow Trail
Days at Mt. Hood Village Resort, 65000 E Hwy 26, Welches,
celebrates the rich bounty of natural resources found in the Northwest
and on Mt. Hood. It is also a celebration of Native American and
Oregon Trail history. Features huckleberry pancake feed, arts
& crafts, music, salmon bake, BBQ, watermelon launch, exhibits,
fresh huckleberries, huckleberry jam & shakes, tours, and
storytelling. Fri.-Sat. 8 a.m.-10 p.m., Sun. 8 a.m.-5 p.m., sponsored
by The Cascade Geographic Society.
